Terms of Use
These terms describe the intended rules for using JaidOne, a platform for real-world physical work and collaboration. JaidOne helps people discover one another, communicate in a work context, apply once to an opportunity, accept participants and record confirmed experience. JaidOne is not the employer, contractor, payment processor or professional licensing authority for ordinary user-posted work unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Physical work only
JaidOne is designed for activity that requires real-world presence. Digital-only or remote-only requests such as remote coding, SEO, website development, virtual assistance or online-only data entry do not belong on the platform. Owners must accurately describe the physical scope, expected result, number of people required, From and To date/time, application closing time, public locality guidance, exact private location, materials, participant requirements and known physical conditions. Material changes after a person is accepted should be agreed with that person.
No pay-to-participate
An owner, recruiter, participant or organisation must not demand a registration fee, joining fee, application fee, training fee, security deposit, compulsory purchase, investment or similar payment for the right to apply, join or participate. A listing can be free/volunteer or can offer compensation paid directly to the participant. JaidOne does not collect, hold, escrow or transfer ordinary job payments. The people involved are responsible for agreeing lawful compensation, taxes, invoices and payment methods directly.
Accounts, applications and completion
One J1 profile can be used both to post work and to participate in other people’s work. A participant gets one application record per work post. Rejection does not reset that application. Owners choose whom to accept subject to applicable anti-discrimination and employment laws. Exact private addresses become available only after acceptance. A start code can record arrival/start, and completion is confirmed by the other party rather than self-awarded. JaidOne may record cancellations, no-shows, corrections, disputes, completed activity and whether people would work together again.
Qualifications and risk
Some categories can involve electricity, structural work, welding, emergency activity, health, machinery or other regulated/high-risk tasks. A J1 verification badge does not replace a licence required by law. Users must comply with local licensing, insurance, workplace, safeguarding and safety requirements. JaidOne may require additional credentials or remove work that appears unsafe, unlawful or outside the intended platform scope.
Conduct and moderation
Users must provide truthful information, respect other people, avoid harassment, fraud, threats and exploitation, and use work-linked messaging for legitimate coordination. JaidOne may investigate reports, restrict features, remove listings, reject verification documents or suspend accounts where necessary to protect users or the service. No system can eliminate every real-world risk, so users should use independent judgment before meeting or performing work.
Work Passport
The J1 Work Passport reports platform-recorded activity and capability history. It is intended as evidence of confirmed doing, not as a government certificate or guarantee of future performance. Users and employers should independently verify regulated qualifications when relevant.
