Safety

JaidOne exists to help people do useful things in the real world, and real-world activity carries risks that a purely online network does not. The platform therefore separates public discovery from private location information, keeps work messaging tied to an actual application, uses one-time applications to reduce spam, and supports identity or skill verification where risk justifies it. Safety is a shared responsibility between owners, participants, organisations and the platform operator.

Before posting work

Owners should describe the physical task honestly and in enough detail for another person to make an informed decision. Include the number of people needed, the complete From and To work window, application deadline, expected result, public locality guidance, materials available, tools or protective equipment participants must bring and physical conditions such as height, traffic, heat, rain, lifting, dust, machinery or restricted access. Do not place house numbers, room numbers or other sensitive exact-address details in the public description.

Before participating

Read the complete work description, timing and location guidance before applying. Use your one application only when you can reasonably attend. Ask practical questions through the work-linked conversation. If a task requires a licence, credential, protective equipment or experience you do not have, do not represent yourself as qualified. Beginners should participate only in appropriate supervised roles. Never send money merely for the right to apply, join, train or receive the work.

Meeting and location privacy

The public board identifies the city and approximate locality. Exact arrival information is revealed only after an owner accepts the participant. Users should avoid unnecessarily sharing identity numbers, financial credentials or unrelated personal information in messages. For first meetings or lower-trust situations, choose reasonable daytime/public arrangements where the nature of the work allows it and let a trusted person know your plan.

Higher-risk work

Electrical panels, structural work, welding, machinery, medical or emergency activities and similar tasks can cause serious harm. JaidOne can require verified credentials for restricted categories, but a platform badge is not a substitute for licences, permits, insurance or supervision required under local law. Owners should not encourage an unqualified person to perform restricted work simply because that person is nearby or willing.

Start, completion and problems

A private start code can help confirm that an accepted participant arrived for the agreed work. Completion should be confirmed by the other party and may include a note or evidence appropriate to the activity. If the result needs correction, keep the work open rather than falsely marking it complete. Use the dispute/report flow for safety concerns, harassment, fraud, pressure to pay participation fees, misrepresented scope or other serious problems. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services rather than relying on JaidOne messaging.

Young people and vulnerable users

Work involving minors, vulnerable people, private homes or higher-risk categories requires additional safeguards and may need verified organisations, guardians, professional supervision or age restrictions depending on jurisdiction. JaidOne should not be used to bypass local safeguarding, employment or child-protection rules.

Core rule: useful experience is never worth unreasonable risk. A person can decline or leave a situation that materially differs from the agreed description or feels unsafe.
