Privacy
JaidOne connects people for physical, in-person work, learning, collaboration and community activity. This privacy notice explains the information the platform needs to operate that network and the boundaries we place around sensitive data. JaidOne is designed around city and locality discovery rather than continuous GPS tracking. A public work post can show a city, locality, landmark and travel guidance, while an exact private address remains hidden until an owner accepts a participant.
Information used for an account
Account information can include a name, email address, selected language, country, city, locality, capability categories, availability, work applications, acceptance decisions, messages, completion records, reliability signals and Skill Passport activity. The platform may also store device notification tokens so same-city, matching-skill work alerts can reach a signed-in user. We use this information to operate the service, prevent repeated applications, protect private work details, build verified experience records and support safety moderation.
Identity and credential documents
Physical work can create real-world safety risks, so JaidOne may request a government identity document or a skill/professional credential. These documents are stored in private server storage outside the public web directory and are reviewed through a restricted moderation interface. Public profiles and Work Passports show verification status only; they do not display identity-document images, document numbers, private email addresses, phone numbers or exact work addresses. Verification documents should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. The operator should publish a jurisdiction-appropriate retention schedule before large-scale launch.
Work messages and proof
Messaging is tied to a real work context. Once a participant uses their one application, the owner and that applicant can exchange practical text and numbers about scope, measurements, timing and coordination. Applicant conversations are isolated from one another. Completion notes and optional proof files can be stored to support the agreed outcome and disputes. Access to private work information is limited according to the participant’s relationship to that work.
Sharing and service providers
JaidOne may use infrastructure providers for hosting, email verification, push notifications and optional translation. Those providers should receive only the information needed to perform their function and should be configured under appropriate contractual and security controls. JaidOne should not publish private identity documents or exact residential addresses for advertising. If advertising or analytics are introduced, the privacy notice should be updated before those systems are enabled.
Your choices
Users can change their city, language, skills and availability. A user can pause a capability to stop matching alerts. Work Passport pages are intended to report confirmed platform activity and should be shared thoughtfully, just as a résumé would be. Users should be given mechanisms to request account correction, access or deletion as required by applicable law. Safety, fraud and audit records may need limited retention even after an account request when legally justified.
