Community Guidelines

JaidOne is built around a simple expectation: use one profile to do useful things with real people in your city. Members can participate when they have a relevant skill and can post physical work when they need help. Community quality depends on accurate descriptions, respectful behaviour and honest completion records rather than follower counts, viral content or self-awarded expertise.

Post work that belongs on J1

Good posts describe a real physical outcome that needs people to be present. Examples include home repair, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning, moving, gardening, field surveys, on-site photography, event support, agriculture, community service, practical workshops, fabrication or supervised learning-by-doing. Digital-only or remote-only requests belong elsewhere. Select one category, state how many people you need, provide From and To timing, set an application deadline and give enough public location guidance that people can judge the general area without revealing the exact private address.

Respect the one-application system

A participant can use one application per work post. Do not create extra accounts to bypass a rejection or waitlist. Owners should make acceptance decisions in good faith and should not repeatedly invite people merely to inflate activity. Once an application exists, owner and participant can use the work conversation for practical text and numbers. Keep conversations relevant to scope, quantities, timing, tools, access and coordination.

No exploitation or participation fees

Never ask someone to pay a registration charge, application fee, joining fee, deposit, investment, compulsory course fee or kit purchase for the right to participate. Paid work can state compensation that is settled directly between the people involved. Volunteer work should be labelled clearly so nobody is misled about payment. Do not hide compensation terms until after someone arrives.

Build honest experience

J1 Work Passport records should represent activity another party actually confirmed. Do not trade fake completions, fabricate photos, create sham jobs for ratings or pressure an owner to verify work that was not done. Owners should choose Completed only when the agreed outcome/contribution was achieved; use correction, cancellation, no-show or dispute states when those are more accurate.

Respect and inclusion

Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, sexual exploitation, coercion, doxxing and discriminatory abuse are not welcome. Do not publicly post another person’s exact home address, identity document, phone number or private conversation. Organisations and individuals should follow applicable employment, accessibility, anti-discrimination, safeguarding and professional rules in their jurisdiction.

Safety and regulated work

Do not pretend to hold a professional credential you do not have. Restricted work should remain with appropriately qualified people. Beginners are welcome where the role can be performed safely under suitable supervision. Report dangerous, fraudulent or exploitative activity so moderators can review it.

The culture we want: real people helping real people, learning by doing, respecting each other’s time, and leaving behind useful outcomes that can be verified.
