How J1 works

1. Make one profileChoose language, city and capable categories.
2. Join or postParticipate with one click or tell your city what needs doing.
3. Do it in the real worldCoordinate in work-linked messages, arrive, start and complete.
4. Build proofConfirmed completion grows the J1 Work Passport.
Real work only. J1 is for physical, in-person activity. It does not allow digital-only/remote work requests, and nobody may charge a registration, joining, application, training, deposit or investment fee for the right to participate. Paid work is settled directly between people; J1 does not hold job payments.

A local network with a global reach

JaidOne can be used from any city while keeping discovery local. A member chooses a city, selects multiple physical-work capabilities and sees that city’s board. When an owner posts one category, matching alerts can be sent to people in the same city who have that category active. This keeps a global platform useful at street and neighbourhood scale without requiring continuous GPS tracking. People who move can change city while keeping the verified history in their J1 Work Passport.

Every work post is meant to answer the questions a real participant needs before committing: what must be done, what outcome is expected, how many people are needed, when the work begins and ends, when applications close, what general area it is in, what the owner provides, what the participant must bring and what physical conditions matter. The exact private address is separated from the public location guidance and becomes available only after acceptance.

J1 is also designed to make early experience easier to build. Beginner-friendly and supervised roles can help a person learn by doing while restricted work remains with qualified people. After real activity is completed, the other party—not the participant themselves—confirms the contribution. Those records can build a one-page Work Passport for a résumé or job application. The aim is not to create another popularity feed. It is to create a useful record of real capability, reliability and collaboration while helping people in the same city solve practical problems together.
